Brussels - Montreuil Cedx, France: United Secretariat of the Fourth International, 1977. Magazine. Seventy six issues, published fortnightly, various pagination. Issues present: Nos. 1-68 (first series), 2 (No. 68 from the old series, there was no No. 1 for the new series) through No.*9/19 of the new series. Double-issues include Nos. 5/6, 14/15, 27/28, 40/41, 47/48, and 61/62. Issue Nos. 7 & 19 have previous owners name inked on upper right corner of cover wraps, staples starting to show rust, shelf and edge worn with some small tears in the wraps in the higher numbered issues of the new series, else in good condition. The twice monthly news organ of the United Secretariat of the Fourth International at the time, the largest conglomeration of Trotskyists in the World. Inprecor represented the majority faction in the leadership of the Fourth International, organized around Ernest Mandel, Livio Maitain, and Pierre Frank.
