Pages have mild tanning and foxing throughout, moderate at end-papers, paste-downs and text-block edges. Ex Libris plate and minor pencil mark to front free end-paper. Moderate damp staining to text-block edges. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge-wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Moderate tanning to spine. Cup ring to front panel.

Half green leather over spine and corners, and green cloth over boards. Raised spine bands. Gilt lettering and ruling. Marbled end leaves. Leather has faded to brown over spine, and shows rubbing and light wear along edgse and spine ends. Foxing on first and last few leaves. Two closed tears on pages 11/12, with last two lines on page 12 affected. Volume remains tight.

Foxing to prelims and dusty page edges, otherwise internally very clean and tight. Covers have mild bumping to head and foot of spine and a little wear at the head, otherwise in very good condition. Strange light stain evenly over front board has given it a (not unpleasant) marbled effect. Overall a very decent copy. Ref:093354. Reprint. Paper-Covered Boards. VG-/N/a. 15x21.5cm.

Bound in brown cloth with a gilt embossed vignette to the front board and lettering to the spine. Slightest of fore edge foxing. Fresh and clean. Dust wrapper not price clipped with a little sunning to the spine. There is slight loss with rubbing to the head of the spine of the wrapper and a very short tear of no mroe than 0.3 cm to the head of the front panel of the wrapper. Light rubbing to the corners of the wrapper. Clean and tight. A lovely copy.
