Published privately Somerset West 1985.. No inscriptions. bookplate ffep. a VG-Fine unread copy, no dustwrapper.. Gilt device and title on blue vynide boards. 317pp 8vo. 0.9kg. "This edition is limited to 15 copies". Unumbered copy. Schooled at St Ninians in Dumfriesshire, and then at Fettes. Biographee came to East Africa in 1914 after some time spent in Malaysia and the Kenya and later enlisted in the Kenya African Rifles. He retired from Kenya to George in South Africa in 1947 until his death aged 98 in 1983. Interesting tales from the lighter side of a varied life.

Local Deliveries: Standard Rate is via Pudo, Locker-to-Locker. Expedited Rate refers to use of either Fedex or Postnet if required by customer.

Overseas Deliveries: Standard Rate will use courier out of South Africa and then will utilise local postal service for 'last mile' deliveries. Expedited Rate will utilise full courier service.

Canadian customers please query us for delivery rate. Currently Canada is in International Postal Zone F, along with Australia, and the price quoted can probably be reduced to Canada
