[14p] 6.25x5 inches landscape format, handset from Bulmer & Homewood types, printed on an ATF Little Giant, a run of 1,626 copies, ownership name otherwise a very good first trade edition chapbook in sewn light-blue pictorial wraps with light soiling to rear cover. Ally Press Translation Series #2. Modern translation and publication of the Spanish poet's poetry. Machado fled the Civil War in Spain in 1939 and died in France. These pieces were originally published in his second book.
