Edited by Murray Shoolbraid of Salt Spring Island, B.C. Black cloth with gilt titling to spine, 302 pages. Minor shelf wear, front hinge is was stretched open at copyright page - it is still very firm. Dust jacket shows light shelf wear and is now protected with a Brodart cover.
