Francestown: Typographeum, 2004. Limited private press edition. First edition. Hardcover. Fine copy. 8vo. Cloth. Pp. 92. Illustrated: frontispiece and 19 plates tipped in. Hand-set and printed letterpress by R. T. Risk.

The main edition was of 150 copies hand-bound by the printer, but there was an additional 13 copies, of which this is number 3 of 10 signed by the poet, with one original etching, specially bound and preserved in a slip-case. The slip-case is about 15 3/4 x 11 1/2 inches.
