1947. FARNOL, Jeffery. HERITAGE PERILOUS. New York: Robert McBride & Company (1947). First American Edition. 312 pp. 8vo., blue cloth with red spine lettering. Near fine, small bookseller's label to front pastedown, with a few ink marks on page facing title page next to titles of Farnol's which the owner has read. In very good illustrated dust jacket with a few tiny chips and closed 1 - inch tear to rear panel. Rear panel is advertisement for novels of Thomas Hamilton Ormsbee. Laid in is a manuscript letter from Farnol, signed, in hand-addressed stamped envelope, thanking the owner's daughter for givng him the book as a gift, and for his letter to Farnol praising the book.
