Large format trade paperback edition, published by Carroll & Graf. This is the 1999 edition. Shakleton's account of the British Antarctic Expedition 1907-1909. 452pp. Spine straight and uncreased. No writing, no highlighting no marks. Cover uncreased. Minimal edge wear. There is sun fading to the spine, so that the title is a lighter shade of red than it is on the front cover. This is not a remainder copy, not a library discard. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory, not a stock photo.
