Quarter bound in black cloth over red cloth-covered boards; gilt coat-of-arms on front, gilt titles on spine. Lightly bumped spine head, cloth wearing at ends. Umber endpapers. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. No dust jacket. Revised and corrected to date in the Records Office, Guildhall and with a foreword to the seventh edition by A H Thomas.
