About This Item
Corvallis, OR: Greater Willamette Valley Association, Inc., 1935. Book. Good. Pamphlet. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Six-panel, two-sided, two-color promotional brochure, apparently intended to attract new residents to this "ideal homeland." Measures 24" x 9" when unfolded. Undated but appears to be circa 1935. Printed at a time when Eugene, Portland and Corvallis had populations of only 23,000, 327,000, and 9,500 respectively. Quite informative. Many black and white photos of local sites and activities. Clean and unmarked with moderate wear. A very nice vintage item..
