Hardcover. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. book has some underlining and margin notations, binding is string and there is some looseness in the middle section because of some slack in binding string, some foxing and aging discoloration on blank pages, it looks like the first blank page was torn out, tiny nick on edge of picture page, page edges have some tanning and soiling, boards have some rubbing and soiling, gold letters on cover still intack.
