London: Faber and Faber Ltd, 1947. 1st Edition. Yellow Cloth. Very Good/Good Plus. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. 96 b/w photographic plates follow 56 pages of text. Dust wrapper not price clipped. Light shelf wear to the edges of the wrapper with a couple of small tears to the head and tail of the spine of the wrapper, the longest being 9 mm in length. 2 mm of loss to the wrapper at the head of the spine. Clean and tight, a very good copy of this book.
