Hardcover with a tan dust jacket, now in mylar. Moderate wear to the jacket. The volume has lyrics as well as scored music. Top edge of the text block shows heavy foxing. The book is sound and shows minimal wear. Text is generally clean. Contains three woodcut engravings by Clare Leighton. Complete with the Errata slip laid in loosely. Volume 5 only.
