The book is definitely showing age and Â– please see photos. Softening and rubbing of the back strip edges along with white significant fading. Either side of the back strip the cloth has become a little worn and sustained. Bumping to the book corners with the underlying board visible; and, insect activity has revealed the underlying board along the edges of the front and rear panel's.
