Hardcover. xix, 255p., illustrated from b&w newspaper and military photography (several smallish plates sections on inserted stock), top edge is tinted red; a nice production hardbound in 8.5x6 inch laminated boards. Author Reisberg has inscribed and signed the title page. Aside from a touch of edgewear to spine rims, a near-new copy: sound, clean, and otherwise unmarked.
