Bottom of the fold has a chip, no text loss but four letters are ready to come loose if not handled carefully. Not found in OCLC. Tiny letters at bottom state "Printed in USA - A.S. / Written by Fr. W." Undated, but original recipient penciled "Rec'd Oct. 1948" at bottom edge, also penciling "Native Fascist" at upper left corner. "With World War II the great game of world politics has by no means come to an end - more than ever do we have to play for the highest stakes..." Goes on to warn about the rise of "Asiatic" power (led by the USSR), calls on German-Americans to demand a united Germany with "lebensraum" to "again become the only possible barrier of our White World against Asia!

Text in English, German, and Spanish. Ertl was a German photographer who worked as a war correspondent and propagandist for the Nazis and was director of photography on Leni Riefenstahl's film Olympia. After the war he was banned from working in Germany and moved to Bolivia. His daughter, Monika joined the left wing guerrilla movement ELN and assassinated Toto Quintanilla, the man who cut off Che Guevera's hands after his capture.

Published by the city government, the booklet includes reproductions of printed broadsides from the 1940s, portraits of some of the people executed, and lists of names of people killed in 16 different massacres during 1944 (the youngest named victim aged 12). With a brief history of the beginnings of fascist organizing in Pisa. The booklet focuses on the violence of fascists against labor unions.
