Early 20th-century travelogue detailing the "mystery, romance, and culture" of Egypt, "along with its beauty and squalor" (from dustjacket). Focus on ancient monuments. Contains black and white photographs and illustrations. Minor shelfwear to extremities with slight corner bumps on upper right front and upper right back corners. Some slight foxing to front and rear pastedowns/endpapers. Dustjacket archivally protected; price clipped with sunning, some black smudges, five 1 cm chips on top of smile, medium chip along bottom edge of spine.
