Canaan, New Hampshire: Published for the East Granby Historical Committee by Phoenix Pub, 1983. First edition, 1983, signed by both authors on the title page and dated 1983. Very good in lightly worn dustjacket. Illustrated throughout in black and white. Tan hardcover with dark brown spine, gilt lettering, illustrated endpapers, 350 pages, illustrated dustjacket. The book has very light edge rubbing, good hinges, firm text block, clean pages with an additional name on the blank opposite the title page, no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is a little age-yellowed with modest edgewear and shelf soil, no chips.. Signed By Both Authors. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
