Oblong hardcover in dust jacket. 135 pages with 38 plates (some in color) plus a seven page fold-out panorama of early San Francisco. Protected jacket a bit soiled with minor edge wear and an erased, though visable, written price; binding is slightly shaken due to the large folding plate, otherwise very good overall condition with no markings, etc., NOT EX-LIBRARY.
