This hard bound book is in good condition. The front paste down page has the owner's name written in ink at the top of the page. All other pages are clean. The map at the back of the book is intact. The binding is tight. The boards are clean. The bottom and top edges are faded. The spine is faded. The dust jacket has a 1/2" tear on the back left hand corner. There is a one inch tear at the top of the right hand side of the back jacket. There is a 1/4" on the top right side of the spine. There is a 1/2" tear at the bottom right side of the spine. The tail and head of the dust jacket is frayed.
