Munich: Hermann Lukaschik, 1899. Hardcover. Very Good -. [4], 39, [1] p.: in-text illustrations; 24 cm. Leather spine with dark brown pebble-grain paper over boards. Green leaf-pattern endpapers. Austrian Arabist and archeologist Eduard Glaser (1855-1908) was one of the first Europeans to explore South Arabia and is still considered the most important scholar to have studied Yemen. Very scarce. In Very Good- Condition: leather lacking along spine, but boards are still attached; edge of boards rubbed; scattered page soiling; solid.
