First edition. printed pamphlet in cloth backed card binding with hand-lettered topboard label and laid in handwritten sheet. 8vo (21.5cm). pp. 12. Very Good. Repaired 25x16cm linen sheet of additions in pencil notation on family on both sides (enhanced in scan). Corner chip on ffep. Handwritten correction to first paragraph on Jemima Russell of Sudbury, Mass. Compiler was Minute Man of 1861 and Civil War Veteran (buried in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge)..
