Dust jacket is price clipped, has corner chipping, edge wear, closed tears, ink stamped "Release Date for Review MAR 13 1929". Enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. For fifteen years the author travelled with gypsies of every continent, and in his picturesque account of these wanderings he shows every phase of gypsy life from birth to death. Many of the songs were included here for the first time, and their background is shown in the amazing personalities and customs of their singers..
