Fine Book in Near Fine DJ with light age toning along interior of flaps and light scratches to back of DJ. No po or internal markings. A clean, tight book in gift-ready condition that tells the true life story of the author's father, Robbie, after his Scottish immigrant parents died. On a Wisconsin Christmas day Robbie gave away his five brothers and sisters to carefully selected adoptive parents. The story was serialized, and then later turned into a book and then movie.
