First printing, in the publisher's original blue cloth, octavo, pp. 257. Book upper panel with a small spot of what appears to be white-out. Dust jacket Fair-only with shelf and handling wear. Chipping at spine ends. An old vertical tear from top edge has been repaired internally with a piece of tape. Jacket now protected from further wear in a new sheet of removable Brodart.
