Very good. - Quarto [approximately 11-3/4 inches high by 8-1/4 inches wide], softcover bound in printed gray & white wrappers with a black-and-white photograph by Henry E. Gilpin reproduced on the front cover. The corners are lightly creased & there is s small ink "E' penned near the top left corner of the front cover. Pages [325]-356, including wraps. Profuse black-and-white photographic illustrations, many full-page. Very good.

Among the contents of this issue are "Margo Davis: Antingua Black", a portfolio of the photographer's West Indian portraits and photos of grass-roofed dwelling places [her name misspelled "Davies" on the cover]; "The Class Portrait", a review of a book about the portraits of August Sander; "The House of Neighbor Lily", photos by Swiss photographer Alex Kayser; and "Adam Clark Vroman (1856-1916)".Vroman was a successful businessman and collector, with a highly developed appreciation for the artifacts of vanished cultures. The photographs he produced were largely of Southwest Indians.
