Pages: clean, bright, tight, a.e.g., marbled eps, portrait frontis w/tissue guard, on India paper; hinge cracked at sfep; 1902 gift inscription inked to sfep in a Nordic language. Cover: deep rose morocco, gilt linework front/back, 5 raised bands + gilt ornamentation and titles spine, gilt dentelles to inner edges; moderate shelfwear, extrems worn, leather split at head/tail joints, some toning, dampstain to front f.e. A bit worn, but a very pretty period book with terrific production values.

Poor(P)-truly ugly, disbound or requiring other major rehabilitation. We stabilize most minor defects with archival quality materials, and with few exceptions, these stabilizations are reversible
