This book is in very good condition, fold to bottom right corner of front cover, very minor wear to back cover. Previous owner placed stamp first inner page, no other markings inner pages. Spine intact, no creases. "The legend of Merlin is one of the greatest and most mysterious of all literature. This novel is a reimagining of his life and impact on Celtic Britain, bringing to life the world of the Celts in all its valor and violence, love and lust, poetry and profanity." Good Reads "Count Nikolai Dmitrievich Tolstoy-Miloslavsky (Russian: Николай Дмитриевич Толстой-Милославский; born 23 June 1935) is an Anglo-Russian author who writes under the name Nikolai Tolstoy. A member of the Tolstoy family, he is a former parliamentary candidate of the UK Independence Party." Good Reads

Reviews

On Mar 30 2018, a reader said:
Wow, this was not an easy read at all. It was on my "to-read" list for at least 20 years, so I was determined to get through it. And it has a great story, but the level of description sometimes got to the point of being painful. This one is not recommended for casual fans of Arthurian or Merlin stories. It would probably be helpful to have a lot of knowledge of ancient Celtic history/mythology, as well. A lot of the references went over my head, but that did not detract - much - from the story.

About Ohkwaho Books and Fine Art

Welcome to Ohkwaho Books and Fine Art. We are a small family-run, independent book-seller looking to share our passion for the written word with the world. We specialize in historical fiction, non-fiction and children's fiction. Above all we value integrity and transparency and are looking for ways to connect with other bibliophiles. Our resident artist is a proudly Metis youth, working to regain connection with his Metis heritage, and much of his passion for social justice and reconciliation may be envisioned within his art. We offer a wide variety of books for sale, both gently used and new. We are also very thrilled to announce availability of a limited number of prints and original artwork by Baz. In addition, we are always happy to connect with you to discuss commissions and other types of requests. Please reach out and let us know how best we can work with you! We look forward to hearing from you.
