New York: Devin-Adair, 1953. Originally published by Macmillan in 1932. This is a Very Good (Plus) to Near Fine copy of a revised edition with new material. First Edition Thus. Gray linen cloth binding; green spine with gilt lettering. Clean text; 214 pages, with Notes. This copy has been SIGNED by the author on the FFEP (interestingly, the cover has a reproduction of his signature as part of its design; no extra charge for this bonus!). The dustjacket is unclipped, but is tanned (darker on spine), with some chipping on the edges (there is one larger - 1" - chip to the head of the spine). In an archival plastic protector. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author. First Thus.. Hard Cover. Very Good Plus/Very Good.
