No Place: The Sodality of St. Peter Claver, Publisher, 1932. Wraps. Good. No place, perhaps Austria: 1932. Illustrated wraps. 96 pp. Black and white photos and illustrations throughout. An almanac containing a short monthly calendar followed by various religious pieces. Also present are several missionary accounts of working among Africans in villages and elsewhere, reflecting on the lives of enslaved peoplet used by Arabs, as well as their daily life and culture, through the lens of a missionary. With photos of various African residents. GOOD condition. General toning. A few small stains to the rear cover. Minor soiling. Some curling/creasing along the extremities, with a small tear to the rear fore edge. Paper toned in the interior.
