Presentation inscription from the author on front free endpaper, "For my friend, Byron Dobell, Affectionately, Edward Dahlberg, March 8, '69, N.Y.C." Byron Dobell was a noted magazine editor, who most famously commissioned Tom Wolfe for Esquire. Spine panel of jacket lightly sunned, else fine.
