Original blue cloth, titles to spine and front board in gilt and yellow, map endpapers. With the pictorial dust jacket. Black and white photographic frontispiece and numerous similar illustrations. Light stain to epigraph leaf and pp. xi-xii. An excellent copy in a bright jacket with a few minor nicks and minor wear to verso.
