Pages sunned with occasional staining, else good. Illustrations of different foods and cooking techniques throughout. From a Japanese American church community. Book contains various recipes submitted by members of the congregation to help raise funds for a new church in Little Tokyo. Recipes are majority Asian, but also include such offerings as Mexican Cornbread, Microwave Meatloaf, and a Tri-Color Molded Salad.
