About This Item
Unknown: Unpublished, 1908. Original (vernacular) team photograph of a 1908 baseball team. The image is 7 7/8" by 9 1/2" on a 10" by 12" mount. The name baseball team is as-yet unidentified except for the initials "CCA". However, on the verso of the mount are the last names and positions of the players--I do not know whether the order of the names corresponds in any way to the order of the seated players. The photograph has darkened some over the years, but the image is still quite clear. There are some relatively minor scratches. The photo is laid down on its original mount, which has suffered some water damage and chipping, but the photo itself has weathered the storm pretty well.. First Edition. Paper. Collectible-Good-. 7 7/8" by 9 1/2". Photo.
