Panorama consisting of four chromolithographic panels with fourteen numbered slots and fourteen numbered cut-out cat figures to fit into the slots. "The Pictures are made up by arranging the cut out Figures in different parts of the Scenery" (back cover). The scenes depict: Bedtime; Helping Mother in the Kitchen; Cat's Tea Party; The School Room. With verse by Arthur Burnaby and five line drawings by Louis Wain on the verso of two panels. Original color pictorial front cover. Front cover with creases at both lower corners, and a repaired closed tear at the lower outer corner. Hinges reinforced. Some very minor soiling. Sayenko's works are in private collections and institutions around the world including the Russian National Library Staatsbibliotheck, Grolior Club.
Bound accordion style with printing on one side only and with the final leaf tipped onto the back of sturdy caeboard, quarter-bound in natural thick linen, the sides covered in decorated paper with printing by Sayenko. Top and bottom edges uncut, pastedowns of grey paper, title page in red and black with a small cut of a cat, most of the text in black with some phrases in red, cuts throughout in multiple colors. Unpaginated, with two additional fold-out leaves tipped in.
Enclosed in publisher's cardboard slipcase covered with white paper.

Plates are in good condition, clean, with some faint age-toning to paper. Portfolio wrapper and information sheets are dog-eared and show age-toning.
