Small, sturdy book, quality blue cloth, very bright gilt lettering, logo and borders on spine, light blue color inside covers and adjacent end papers, a tiny neat ink owner's name and date at top of first front end paper, 346 pages plus catalog. DJ glossy white front with tiny illustration of estate and woman at the gate on front, green spine and back. DJ has very slight wear at spine top edge, nick and tiny tear at spine bottom edge, very slightly rubbed along spine top and bottom left as well as top back tip. Near Good DJ/Fine book.
