Abertawe: Lewis Evans. Very Good+ with no dust jacket. 1896. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Green cloth covered boards, with bright gilt titling to the spine and top of the front cover, plus the price in blind at the foot of the spine. A blind-stamped border around the front and back covers, and the text "Casgliad gan T. A. Levi" in blind at the foot of the front cover. A little bumping to the head/tail of the spine and the corners but overall a well preserved copy. Page fore-edges dusty/toned with age. Internally browning to the endpapers, and a biro inscription in Welsh, dated 1954 to Ifor Wyn Rowlands (the late Prof Rowlands, Swansea University) from Hywel D. Roberts, on the front free blank endpaper. No other marks that I can see, and overall an attractive, very tight, clean copy. (viii) + 152 pp. A collection of Welsh songs/verse. ALL text in Welsh. See Images. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall .
