Three volumes in original period 3/4 vellum bindings with marbled boards, title and volume number in gilt on small red leather spine back strip. Bound by A. Cox 18 St. John St., Cambridge. Marbled boards are lightly rubbed, shelf wear, vellum in nice shape with very minor soiling. Interior of the three volumes are clean with the very mildest of foxing at a few end papers. Volume three includes the index of the three volumes and is dated August 1885. Charterhouse boarding school. An attractive, rare three volume set.
