San Francisco, CA The Californian Publishing Company, 1892. Hardcover Library Binding, but not unattractively: brown cloth over boards with gilt titles at the backstrip. Very Good: shows light wear to the extremities;a couple of small, unobtrusive stains to the rear panel; slight spine lean; the binding is secure; the text is clean. An attractive library book-plate at the front paste-down end-paper. Some evidences of the removal of previous library pockets or plates to the front endpapers. A couple of discreet rubber-stamps. Free of creased or dog-eared pages in the text. Free of underlining, hi-lighting, notations, or marginalia. A handsome copy, structurally sound and tightly bound, showing mild wear. Clean, sturdy, and quite presentable. NOT a Remainder or Book-Club. 8vo.(9.65 x 7 x 1.65 inches). 800 pages. Brown Cloth over Boards, Gilt titles at backstrip, with reinforced hinges. Library bookplate at front pastedown endpaper, else Library Markings are minimal. Language: English. Weight: 55.5 ounces. Hardback.
