Toronto: University of Toronto Press. Good+ in Good dust jacket. 1956. Limited Edition. Hardcover. xviii, 219 pp. Indices. Heavily illustrated. No 27 of limited ed of 500. Signed by the author on the verso of the memoriam page. Black paper dust jacket with bronze and white illustration is clean, some short edges tears at the top, some rubbing top and bottom spine and corners, flaps intact. Book itself has very minor wear to the green cloth, a small bit of bubbling to the cloth which looks like a publishing flaw rather than later damage. Inside front cover handsome book plate, otherwise clean and unmarked. Bishop White lived in China for many years and this is his 5th study of Chinese artifacts for the Royal Ontario Museum. Scarce signed. ; 219 pages; Signed by Author .
