NY: The Viking Press. Brick-red cloth with blindstamped lettering and design on the front and gilt on the spine. Bumped at the spine tips and slightly rubbed at the front corners. Strong binding. Previous owner's bookplate, date stamp and warning stamp on the ffep. Some acidification on the back endpage where a book jacket was probably affixed at some point. It's not an ex-library book but from a previous owner's personal library. Date on copyright page matches the one on the title page. . Very Good. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 1946.

We have two levels with over 40,000 titles covering almost all genres. Most of it is gently used but we do carry a small portion of new titles. We also restore and rebind books at very reasonable rates. We also carry a large section of vintage movie memorabilia including posters, photo stills, lobby cards and celebrity signatures. We are always buying books, historical documents, movie memorabilia and misc. artifacts as well as other items of historical significance such as art, letters, diaries, maps and military-related pieces. We are open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm.
