About This Item

San Francisco: McSweeney's Publishing LLC, 2004. 1st Edition . Soft cover. Fine. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Burns, Charles; Millionaire, Tony. San Francisco: McSweeney's Publishing LLC, 2004. The October, 2004 issue of The Believer, Vol. 2, No. 10. Fine condition. Quarto, wraps, 88 pp. John Kerry cover illustration by Charles Burns for an interior interview of Kerry by Z.Z. Packer. H.P. Lovecraft article taken from the 1999 Michel Houellebecq book, "H.P. Lovecraft-Contre Le Monde Contre LA Vie", which would shortly after this issue be published in English, focused on the not-much-of-a-party-guy nature of the great horror writer. That may be a thing about horror writers in general. A lot more, of course, in the issue. L63
