New York: Hurd and Houghton, 1874. Book. VG+. Cloth. First Edition. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Edited by Mary Clemmer Ames. Green cloth with gilted decorations, rules, and tiles along with black embossing and rules. No other copies found on Abe or Biblio as of July 2020. This copy is VG+. Exterior has modest signs of edgewear, tips, and top/bottom of spine. Interior is unmarked, clear, crisp, and firmly bound. Minimal foxing and minimal, even toning throughout. SCARCE. 189 pages with illustrations. Published shortly after both sisters died in 1871. The sisters wrote much of their poetry together . This is one of their most notable works..
