Illustrator: Robert Ingpen. 680 g; 144 pages, illustrated end pages, illustrated title page, text is illustrated with black-and-white drawings reflecting Australia's wine industry. Colour illustrated photographic jacket. There is a singular 1 mm square brown spot on the top edge of the text block, and traces of rubbing to the base edge of the boards. Page 35 has two marks on the right-hand margin which might be a stain, however they are in the same hue as the illustrations. The dust jacket has a 2.0 inch tear at the lower left-hand side of the rear panel, a 0.5 inch tear on the top right-hand corner of the same, and minor rubbed marks to the edges. Internally clean. This book gives many tantalising colourful glimpses into the lives and eating habits of more than 50 of this country's best known winemakers and wine experts. The recipes offered range from Grand multi-course gourmet meals to samples of good home cooking inspired by the fertile bounties of the rich grape growing earth. Size: Quarto -- up to 12 " Tall.
