8vo, frontispiece, 328pp, b&w photo plates, 9 b&w maps in text, of which 3 are folding maps. Tan cloth w/ black stamping on cover and gold stamping on spine. Slightly sunned at spine; spine ends a bit rubbed. Internally, very light scattered foxing at margins; previous owner inscription at ffep.
