Author of Modern & Ancient Geography for the use of Schools. Original half calf, very worn, some loss at extremities of the spine, Engraved title-page + engraved index + 22 double-page engraved maps, with outlines in hand-colour + (1: prefatory note) + 31: index + 8: publisher's catalogue. Hinges weak internally, part of front free endpaper torn away, binding a little slack, some foxing and offsetting. .
