Garden City: Doubleday, Page & Company, 1917. 1st Edition. Soft cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 1917 FIRST EDITION, number 622 of 1200 copies. Original dark grey paper covered boards, tan buckram spine with paper title page lettered in black. The book has rubbed corners with loss of paper coating there, small loss to spine title patch, 1cm brown spot to upper corner of FFEP and following page, no foxing, solid binding, former owner bookplate on front pastedown otherwise no owner marks or writing on any pages, complete with all pages & plates. The book measures 222mm tall x 155mm, and has 312 pages, 18 b/w photos, index. PHOTO IS OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
