The autobiography of Robert Seymour Symmes Tharin, a southern lawyer who left the south at the beginning of the Civil War. 12mo, 245pp [1 ad], black embossed cloth covers, front board detached but present. Ex-library with book plate and deaccession stamp on the inside cover. Would benefit from a reback, sold as is. A scarce volume.
