Moderate toning to interior, negligible light foxing to margins and light worming to upper gutter in a few places, trimming to fore-edge of final leaf of abstract volume (a table of contents) affecting page numbers. An appealing copy. $850. * A collection of 43 acts passed in the seventh session of the eighth Parliament of Great Britain, with tables listing the titles of the public acts and summaries of 33 private acts. Some of the more interesting acts include several acts to do with infrastructure and "An Act for Restraining and Preventing Several Unwarrantable Schemes and Undertakings in His Majesty's Colonies and Plantations in America."
