London: George G. Harrap. Very Good. 1958. Later Printing. Hardcover. [56] p. 22 cm. Sound and square with cloth backed spine and paper covered boards, illustrated on upper board. Slightly cocked. Wear to edges and corners. Short dribble stain on upper board. A bit of light foxing on the front pages. Otherwise, the inside pages are clean and bright. The sixteenth of the Ameliaranne series of children's books, originally published in 1943. In this title, Ameliaranne takes part in the village jumble sale and gets back some money accidentally left in the pocket of a donated item. Includes the usual soft coloured illustrations by Susan Beatrice Pearce. .
